Bring your EasyDive and refill adapter #920C to any dive shop with a high-pressure breathing-air compressor. They can fill your mini scuba tank with clean, filtered air for a small fee.
Can I fill it using a regular shop compressor?
No. Hardware-store compressors produce low pressure (~125 psi) and unfiltered air. The EasyDive operates at 3000 psi, requiring a proper high-pressure breathing-air source.
Can I travel with it on an airplane?
TSA requires the removal of tank valves, which are professionally attached to the EasyDive's small diving cylinder. For that reason, we recommend shipping the empty unit to your destination and refilling it locally. Or, have a look at Spare Air.
What maintenance is required?
Rinse thoroughly after each dive, store with a minimal air charge, and service the regulator annually. Cylinders require hydrostatic testing every five years at a certified dive shop.
Can I purchase only one cylinder?
Yes! Option 1 (separate listing) provides only one integrated tank valve and first stage regulator. The difference is option 2 provides a separate tank valve that is not integrated into the first stage like most standard SCUBA systems. This easy to swap design is perfect for divers who don't have the option of refilling during their day out and can swap tanks between dives.
Do I need scuba certification?
Scuba training and certification are strongly recommended for safe underwater use.
What's the maximum depth?
The EasyDive Mini Scuba Tank is designed for shallow dives up to 30 feet (9 meters).
