About Industrial Safety
Spare Air Industrial Safety is a compact, refillable, short-term emergency air system (self-contained breathing apparatus). Its on-demand regulator attaches directly to a lightweight aluminum cylinder, creating a hoseless configuration for above-water workplace emergencies and shallow-water situations. It is intended as a backup for escape if a primary breathing system fails or an out-of-air emergency occurs. Place the regulator mouthpiece in the mouth and breathe, following our instructions and applicable training requirements.
Made in USA · Since 1979

What the choices mean
- Nose Clip: closes the nostrils while you breathe through the regulator mouthpiece. It does not cover the eyes.
- Mask: a scuba mask covering the eyes and nose, supplied in addition to the nose clip with lanyard. You still breathe through the regulator mouthpiece; the mask is not the air-supply connection.
- 3cuft or 6cuft: stored-air capacity, not a time rating. The 6 cu ft cylinder holds twice the nominal air volume and is heavier: 3.7 lb versus 2.2 lb for the 3 cu ft unit. Actual duration depends on demand and conditions.
- Waist Strap: carry the covered holster on your waist.
- Velcro: a covered holster with Velcro/adhesive backing for a clean, hard surface. This option is available only with 3 cu ft; the 6 cu ft package uses a waist strap holster.
What is included
